Can I order multiple copies? Once you have completed personalising your certificate, you can increase the quantity on the cart and checkout pages. If you are looking to purchase multiple certificates with different names you will need to return to the product page in order to personalise each item.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed? You cannot cancel for bespoke and personalised items, however if you wish to modify your certificate you can contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed to amend your artwork. Anything outside this time we cannot guarantee to be amended.
How long does it take to receive my certificate? Once you've completed your purchase you can expect your certificate to be dispatched within 5 business days and sent via tracked 48hr Royal Mail delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
