Yes, you can purchase a Certificate for events that took place since 2005 - it’s a great way to commemorate your event anniversary.
Once you have completed personalising your Certificate, you can increase the quantity on the cart and checkout pages.
If you are looking to buy multiple Certificates with different names you will need to return to the product page to personalise each item. For bulk order orders please contact GWR store who can connect you to an account manager to help with this.
You can order multiple Certificates under different names on the same order, but each certificate will require its own personalisation process.
You cannot cancel orders for personalised items, including, but not limited to, Certificates of Participation, however if you wish to modify your Certificate you must email customer support within 24 hours of your order being placed to amend your artwork. Anything outside this time we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to amend your order.
Once you've completed your purchase you can expect your Certificate to be dispatched within 5 business days and sent via tracked Royal Mail delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please allow up to 10 days for the arrival of your Certificate of Participation. If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact GWR shop with details of your order including date of order.

After checkout, you will receive an email with a link to download your Certificate, so you can share with friends right away!
